Senior IT Specialist at Atlas Copco in Stockholm responsible for critical treasury applications in a global environment
We are now looking for a senior IT specialist with strong technical skills who wants to take long-term ownership of critical treasury applications at global Atlas Copco in Stockholm. In this role, you will work between IT and finance to ensure stable operations, further development, and security of the group's global treasury systems. As a Senior Technical Specialist in Treasury Applications, you will be responsible for central system support within payment flows, cash management, and financial integrations. You will work closely with treasury functions and other IT teams, drive improvement initiatives, and contribute to a stable, secure, and future-proof application environment within applications such as Quantum, Multibank, and ICE. Your tasks
In this role, you will combine system responsibility and business support:
- Provide technical support and incident management for systems such as Quantum, Multibank, and ICE
- Manage rights, change management, and compliance according to audit requirements
- Configure data, test bank integrations, and train users
- Administer SharePoint and support the Treasury and Trade Finance teams
- Work with SWIFT servers, ensure operational reliability, and troubleshoot file transfers
- Participate in projects related to automation, integration, and system improvements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders globally and drive product usage

The position is located in Stockholm, at the headquarters in Sickla, but involves close collaboration with experienced colleagues in a team of seven located in Sweden, the UK, Ireland, the Czech Republic, and China. The organization is characterized by freedom under responsibility, clear structure, and high quality standards. You will report to a manager based in Shanghai with a coaching and trusting leadership style.
Our expectations
You have a relevant university degree or equivalent experience and have worked with support, configuration, and management of critical business systems in larger organizations. You have a good understanding of treasury, payment, or financial applications and are accustomed to managing complex environments where operational reliability and compliance are in focus. Experience with SWIFT infrastructure, including operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting, is an important part of your background, as well as working according to ITIL processes and established change management routines. You have previously worked with systems such as Multibank, Quantum, ICE, or similar solutions in payments, netting, or cash management.
As a person, you are communicative and move easily between technical teams and business stakeholders. You work in a structured manner, are reliable, and comfortable following defined processes. At the same time, you are self-driven and like to take responsibility for both results and development in your area. You are stable, practical, and thrive in an environment where accuracy and regulated handling are a given. Finally, you enjoy working in international contexts and have very good English skills, both spoken and written.
